Uninstalling one OS from a Dual OS setup?

I need to uninstall Windows 2k from a dual os hard drive.

I just upgraded from W2k to XP. I installed XP on the same drive and now that I have transferred all of the files I want to the new folders, how do I uninstall W2k?

If they're using different partitions, format the Win2k partition. If not, delete the Win2k folder (whatever it happens to be). Edit c:\boot.ini.

What do i need to edit in the c:/boot.ini ?

Remove the win2k entry.
