Well, one can't uninstall IE completely with XP. If you "uninstall" through the add/delete windows components thing, it just removes it from the desktop. And so far, I haven't run across anything Firefox can't handle. What are some things Firefox can't handle? I managed to figure out the solution to the problem. I just went into "set program access and defaults" and now everything works. Pretty funny though that out of all the things XP could have chosen to open up an html file, it chose printer. Wow. Impressive.
