Uninstalled Firefox. It sucks.

Take a screenshot in IE and one in FF and we'll see.
A real screenshot, not what looks like 16-color button.

I prefer tv.yahoo.com
No registering, quicker than that site, and works fine in anything from NS3 to FF 0.8. Oh, and IE, too.

You mean how most people blame IE for most of the problems they experienced in using it?

I prefer a non-bloated, efficient, fast browser. (ie, IE)

Your like me. This is YOUR fault, as per all the people who seem to think a software bug is somehow the users fault. YOu need to fix it, its not FF or bad HTML, its ALL your fault.

Hey, it didnt work for me and thats that. Why? Hell if I know. Wish it did. I dont really like IE all that much due to the horrid gaping bugs and security risks. But fact of the matter it....If it dont work in IE, it doesnt work in ANYTHING. If it does work in IE...Doesnt mean it'll work in other browsers. IE is the standard. Thats just a fact of life.
Not if you design right. if you do, it will work in any modern broswer, and old browsers like IE 6. Newer ones will just get the full effect.

There's no bloat in firefox... it's pretty stripped down.

If you try to design some websites, all the flaws in IE will surface and it's annoying as hell. There are many documented (and undocumented) rendering bugs in IE while there are probably just a couple of rendering problems in Mozilla. Since it's open source, it actually get fixed if someone notices it, unlike IE.

My scrolling works fine, my smooth scrolling (UGH!) works fine, and I've only found one website that doesn't look good or work right with it - and that's my company's trouble ticketing system, which was clearly designed towards IE. It's never crashed, it doesn't abuse resources, and it seems to render some pages faster than IE. No complaints here.

I tried smooth scrolling too and it felt like I had to scroll 2x as much as I did beforehand. The rest of my plugins (ie: Nukeanything, Adblock, etc) work great for me.

If you want to still use IE and FF at the same time, you might want to look for the plugin that lets you click on a link and choose "load target in IE" from the context menu.

Find me one website that I can't view properly in IE that I can view properly in Firefox/Mozilla. I have NO problems with IE right now. By all accounts, it works perfectly for me.

If FF has a problem, why not try Mozilla Instead of giving up?

IE is the most bloated out there, is it not? Remember much of it is built into the OS.

My IE2 gives you everything in firefox and still has the universality of IE6.
And the security issues from what I hear.

I have the same TV guide cell/text overlap problem in Netscape 7.

Isn't it a fact that some websites work in IE and not in others because IE isn't standards compliant?

Somehow I doubt Microsoft would bother to support anything other than IE with that product. It's hardly Firefox's fault, any other browser would have the same problem.

Scroll-wheel support has been in since 0.6, it not working is a freak occurrence. Try installing your mouse drivers.

I feel naked and useless when forced to use IE now :p

ha. write it, then this IE stuff can be put to death.

it's hard to find a site that won't view properly in IE because IE is NON-COMPLIANT.

IE is like 3rd party equipment. It'll work no matter what but it doesn't do it the right way.

That's what the page looks like. It's only like two colors. If you want me to post an entire 1600x1200 screenshot, that's fine, but I can almost guarantee that people will be mad. Give me a few minutes and I'll post a comparison between IE and FF.

Alright, here you go. I still cropped it a little, but I'm giving a little more data.

Firefox
IE

My other problem is that links don't work if a webpage is in the middle of loading.

It looks "fine" in IE but it looks much better in FF. The menu on the right in the first link doesn't move in FF and is a little more interesting to look at.
