Question Uninstall GPU drivers without integrated graphics?

I've got a B450 Tomahawk Max motherboard which has no integrated graphics so I'm concerned what will happen when I uninstall my drivers to fix a potential directx problem that's been causing game crashing. What happens in this setup if I uninstall drivers? Will I get a simple 640 x 480 display at all?
 
Windows will load a default driver, so don't worry. Use DDU (follow the directions) and keep the system off the internet until you install the new drivers. That will keep windows from trying to install its version.
