The most that we have ever piled into an excursion was 10, 9 being fully grown adults. Sad that this happened, but gee.... I do not know how one could fit 22 people in one, unless you were towing a trailer.

FWIW, the thing only has seat belts for 8 people.

Shit like this happens fairly frequently.

Fucking illegals crammed like sardines into a large van, or in this case, and Excursion...something goes wrong...half of them killed, the other half get "gubment medical care," and too often, manage to "disappear" before they can be deported.

Just have the ambulances deliver them to the closest Mexican border crossing. Let Mexico pay for them.
