I do plan to OC after this thing has been stable for a few weeks, just finally worked out the gremlins, all of them due to me being a newb and learning the ins and outs of bios and my first build. Got it from fedex wednesday , put it together thursday.

Question is, should I raise vcore to the low end of the spec range? Currently its only showing up 1.312 .

Stock cooling 3200 winnie - 32c idle , I assume idle means using a insignificant part of cpu like web surfing posting here etc..

 
If it is prime stable don't touch it unless you overclock and only raise it to gain stability when it becomes unstable. Less is better.
