Ok I'm a little confused with port mapping and such because I've been unable to host FIFA 2002 WC Edition on my Client computer. I'm running ICS and i can't host a game on any computer (server or clients). I know that I have to open up a port to solve this but I don't know which one and there is no documentation on which port i need to open. How can i find out which ports i need to open. Also, is there some generic config file or something for ICS that will let it run a broad range of programs and games, or do i have to do this individually on a program-specific basis?

It seems a little odd you can't even get multiplayer to run on your server...

Try AnalogX PortMapper (http://www.analogx.com/contents/download/network/pmapper.htm) for what you need and for individual ports you can try NetBug++ (http://www.htk.fi/public/akirjavainen/download.html). There is another program called ICS Configuration (http://www.practicallynetworked.com/downloads/ICS_configuration/icscfginst.exe). Although I haven't been able to get it to work, you may have better luck! :)

I don't know what the FIFA 2002 WC Edition TCP port is. You may need to search around a bit on Google.

Good luck! Let me know how you get on :)
