Understanding networking basics

I was wondering if anyone had a favorite set of youtube videos, free online classes, etc. that explained the basics of networking. Topics like dns, nat, mac addresses, dhcp, tcp, ip, routers, switches, hubs, etc. and how they all relate to each other. Mostly interested in the software layer and less in the physical layer. If there were good books that one would recommend as well, I would be interested.
