Undergrads: Internship Help

Hello my fellow undergrads. Since it is almost 2005, I am looking for a Summer internship. I'm having a hard time looking though. I know you can do a Google search but most of what I find is crap. During the summer I live in NYC, which is good because there are a lot of companies out there, I'm just not sure where to look. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

check your school's career center
apply to companies through their website - the best way if they don't recruit at your school

Talk to people... ask friends who have jobs, or your parents/relatives/family friends if their company is looking for help, or have anything. Check the classifieds, online or in the newspapers.

The career centre place has A LOT of information about it. They will also do do a magazine to help you on this also. Lots of companies in it that take internships.
