Uh yeah, or not. More like the depths of one manager's willingness to look the other way and disobey the law, policy, whatever. The manager even explicitly mentions they have a NP who does dig in to suspicious circumstances, and implies she also reports as required.

So out of who knows how many PP offices in numerous States, they finally found someone who played into their hands. Of course the only course of action is to shut the whole thing down, even though the other PP offices called the appropriate authorities after receiving similar requests(I'm assuming from this very same group).

Anyone ever wonder what Palin's "Gotchya Media" is, here ya go, the perfect example.

Apparently they had to edit the video and HIDE the original to get what they wanted too, read my earlier post, the unedited video is not available, this one is edited and i could present a video, edited, that showed anyone saying anything at all, including that Sarah Palin thinks cannibalism is the greatest thing ever and that she's sad that she can't shoot her own family.

You are all in denial about what is happening in this video. PP is obviously part of a liberal conspiracy to corrupt our countries values and use tax money to do so.

The PP video is being promoted by Andrew Brietbart, who is a commenter for the Washington times and Fox News and is the guy who promoted the Acorn videos. O'keefe, the same genius who filmed the acorn videos actually used to work for Live Action, so there is no doubt about their credibility.

Actually O'keefe was found to have lied in his investigation and heavily edited his videos, Acorn was vindicated of the act but was at that time without funding and dissolved.

The problem is that in the end that doesn't matter, just like the facts don't matter in this case either.

People are pretty stupid, and a lot of them are willing to believe anything that supports their already formed world view. And a lot of politicians (the majority of them on the right, though this is by no means an exclusive Republican problem) are perfectly willing to use that to win elections. This story sounds incredibly stupid to many of us, but we're not the intended audience. The idea is to stir up people who ALREADY hate Planned Parenthood and simply take this situation as vindication of their position.

Look at the title of this very thread. "Undercover sting catches Planned Parenthood sex ring". That makes it sound like Planned Parenthood was operating a "sex ring" that a daring undercover operation unveiled, which fits with the pre-existing belief system of the people who are going nuts over this story, I guess. Except the actual facts seem to be that the "sex ring" was fake, and also operated by the anti-abortion crusader group. At best, Planned Parenthood had an employee that was MAYBE willing to look the other way. Assuming you believe the video/story as presented by a group of people who absolutely HATE the organization they are accusing of wrongdoing.

In other words, this case isn't even remotely convincing to anyone who's mind isn't already made up. Which is the entire point of stories like this...it's supposed to inflame the people who don't want to be informed.
