I was going to say "Good, vandals need to be taught a lesson" but I forgot the way other nations' police like to just jump and gangrape people.
 
In the US we've got 13 year old gang members selling drugs and carrying guns. If the cops feel the need to drag one into jail for questioning once in awhile with a lame excuse so be it.

Been there, done that, got the t-shirt. Forget your constitutional rights which have already been suspended indefinitely, these days I'd worry more about being beat to death by the cops or imprisoned on trumped up charges.
