Hope this isn't too nooby. As mentioned in a previous thread ( e4300 -> e6600 ), I will be running my system at DDR2-533 speeds. Does that mean I can buy any value DDR2-667 and assume it will run well in my system ( with tighter timings, maybe ). For example, if I get a value DDR2-667 5-5-5-15, will I be able to use it with, say, 4-4-4-12 timings at DDR2-533 ?

Can I give the current D9 craze a miss ? ;-)

It should work. No guarantee that you'll get tighter timings at lower speeds, but you probably will.
