i just got the sapphire x1900xt 256mb from newegg, and it says on the details page that it runs at 621mhz core and 720mhz memory, but in catlyst control and ati tray tool say its running at 500mhz core and 594mhz memory, and when i oc it to what is says its supposed to be it gets crazy artifacts on the test screen.

any ideas
