i am VERY against underage drinking. Kids are idiots enough as it is...they don't need another drug to make them even more stupid. I call the police everytime i see a drunk driver on the road. I follow them until the police arrive. I insist on picking up friends when they are drunk. I usually don't go where i know there will be underage drinking (guilt by association and that's not the crowd i want to associate with).

I kind of agree with you, but the question was only about underage drinking, not drinking and driving.
