Undeleting iPod Files

Long story short, I lost all my music on my computer but had it on my iPod. Clean install of Windows and iTunes so my playlist was empty, stupid me misread the dialog screens and sync'd it. As a result, I also lost all my music on my iPod.

Are there any free tools to undelete it?

ugh jeez you didn'tbackup? and yes theres a way to reveal hidden folders on ipods and drag and drop to itunes... but u were hasty and synced it to death.
