Undeletable Icon Problem

When I upgraded from WinME to Win2k, I have an icon left over called MSN Internet Access. Since Win2k deleted the WinME SYSTEM directory, the file that this shortcut points to is gone. Additionally, the icon cannot be deleted, or moved to the recycle bin. I think I need to go into the registry and delete a key that represents this, but I am not sure which one. Please help, thanks.

Do a registry search for msn -- maybe you'll spot it.

Does Tweak UI work in Win2000? It would do it.....
