Why the heck should anyone warn you of what the content of a link might be? Just because you have a job that allows you to surf, doesn't mean anyone is obligated to warn you of anything. Sheesh. What a spoiled brat you are.

Not to join in on a fight but Mr. se7en does seem to be the humorless and immature one here.. I mean, your whole posts sounds like the words of a spoiled 7 year old having a hissy fit... I won't actually tell you to grow up... I'll just mock you and smirk in calm reflection of your total wussiness ...

I'm being tracked as well, but I don't mind at all. Aside from the fact that this is my last day of work here (until school is out again) I don't fear getting "caught" surfing here because I find a lot of legitmate news and information on the OT forum. (Amidst the 25 pointless posts for every 1 useful one) If I get asked about it I'll just say "hey, ATOT gets a lot of the techy geeky news and alerts WAY before any of the other approved sites you let us view." For further backup I can point to the Blaster virus alert that showed up almost a day before any of the major news sites mentioned it.

This place is cool. :)

If you use IE, there's this nifty little thing down at the bottom called a "Status Bar".

It shows you what you are clicking on before you are clicking on it.

If somebody posts a link with a message text of "link", but the status bar says "www.hotnudegaysex.com"...I ain't going to click on the link.

This was easily avoidable. The link was easily recognized as something that probably shouldn't be opened at a workplace with content based filtering policies.

amazingly enough, mozilla and firebird also have this "status bar"
