Unblocking NTP?

My cpu time keeps going off and I can't connect to the time server. How do I unblock the NTP for windows time to connect?

Using zone alarm and a Dlink router.

NTP uses udp port 123 so that has to be open to the inside of you are using or want to use an external time host.

Ok, seems this isnt my problem. I disabled ZA and still no go. My other computer can still connect fine.

What else could be the problem?
