I heard on Howard Stern that there is a tape. What's in the complaint seems kinda lame IMO, but I'm not done reading it.

Because he only lost it when O Lielly mounted a public campaign against him, spewing lies that he's a "gangster", a "thug" who demeans women and incites riots at his concerts. You could say the same about Dr.Dre, Snoop Dogg, and Eminem yet we don't see them losing their endorsements? There's a saying "Don't mess with a man's money", and O'Lielly clearly overstepped his bounds with his slanderous, moral crusade against Luda.

Environmental wackos are just that, wackos, and don't have a popular support among mainstream democrats. Seeing as how O'Reily calls himself in charge of the 'No Spin Zone' and agrees with Republicans on nearly everything, as well as the fact that he garners support from mainstream republicans, your analogy is just about as weak as Bush's integrity.

It will be funny when he denies everything and she plays the recordings in court. I would personally be supprised if he can make extortion stick if the lawyer was offering a settlement. Being it was her lawyer that made the offer I highly doubt it was anything but a prelawsuit settlement offer. Personally I can't wait for the recordings to be public record, it will destroy his pompous ass's career.
