I actually wonder how illegal this actually is... Return Policy are all about competetion between stores.

People want to be able to easily take back items when they want to. Stores want to come off as having great service. It is the reason Walmart has a 90days - no questions asked Return Policy. They don't ask meaning that they are willing to give your money back for any reason.

it has to do with deception and things along that line.

I thought I was quite clear in my point. I see no problems!!! It is well within their return policy. If they had a problem with it, they would change their terms. Unethical? Please get real.

The following is what I consider to be unethical:

1) Walking in and just taking what you want, without paying for it.

2) Returning a toy you bought your kid over 8 months ago that he broke, and now you want a refund. What killed me, the manager gave it to her!

3) Giving yourself a several million dollar bonus, even though you know you destroyed the company.

This ain't even close.
