Unbalanced sound at low volumes??

When i turn down the overall volume of my speakers, the sound becomes concentrated on the right speaker. This has occurred both on my SB Live! and my new SB Audigy. The speakers i'm using are the Z560. Is there anything i can do to solve this problem?

I have same problem, TEAC speakers, nothign to worry about, its the speakers fault

I have the same problem....... though it seems to change from games/winamp/winmp etc more application specific.

Herc XP + Klips 4.1s + win XP.
