Unable to remove apuc.dll - Mail.com software (Bargain Buddy)

Hi,

I tried a Email notification software from Mail.com the other day, then uninstalled it.
It had a program called "bargain buddy" that installed with it that I didnt want.

So, I uninstalled it.
But the directory remained. I cant delete the directory or the apuc.dll it left behind.
The file is NOT protected and is NOT in use.
(When I try to delete, it says "DLL might be in use")

I used process explorer, and the file is NOT in use.

How do I get rid of this file ...?
(and directory)

Scumware Removal instructions

I did this...

1. open command window
2. cd winnt/system
3. regsvr32 /u "\Program Files\Bargain Buddy\bin2\apuc.dll
4. reboot computer
5. delete folder

Hope this helps someone else..
