Unable to post attachments

My Posting Rules shows I can not post attachments and I haven't tried since the migration over to the new boards. How do I enable this?
 
In your UserCP under Edit Options, Miscellaneous Options, you need to choose Standard or Enhanced (I know it's there in Standard) Editor. That should do it.
 
I'm using the standard editor, and I also see "You may not post attachments". 🙄

Are only Mods allowed to do so? (Not that I've even noticed until this thread.)

As far as I know, only Mods/Admins can post attachments.
I used to be able to but now that permission is gone.
 
So sorry. I did not know that was something restricted to moderators. My apologies. 🙁
