Unable to open Microsoft Outlook

:| Whenever I try to open Microsoft Outlook (Office XP edition) I get an error message "Unable to open your default email folders. Errors have been detected in the file......" I have tried using the Inbox Repair Tool but came up with no errors detected. Any words of advice on how to fix this problem?

hi. try to copy your pst file to another location to back it up. (how large is it anyway?)
then delete the original and re-open outlook. and see if that solves it. then you need your email right? you can try to import it and see if that returns your email. let us know with an update on any progress.
