Unable to change FSB

I have a new MSI KT4-V mb and an xp 2100 processer. I understand that the bus speed has to be changed to 133 mhz from the 100 that the board is shipped with. I have tried to change the bios settings and after I reboot the system doesn't boot. Is there a jumper on this board or am I just screwed with it? Any help would be appreciated. I hate running at 1.3 mxz when I know that it can be 1.7

I would suggest reading your motherboard manual, it will explain the functions for any jumpers the board may have.

The manual doesn't say anything about a jumper on the board.... Thats why I am so confused, and looking everywhere for an answer. MSI has a online support email that I have tried to use, but have yet to receive any answers. I appreciate your answer but am looking for someone who caould give me a little more info.
