Why? All he did was throw the ball, it's what they do.

this was not 100% the catcher. the pitcher was in on it and aimed it at the ump.

Bonus points for accuracy, severe penalty for having a rag arm. He didn't even faze the guy. Maybe his lack of velocity is why they were getting creamed.
