CFB at its finest!

I watched that entire game and could honestly say it was one of the worst college football games I've ever watched. Each team made so many mistakes and turnovers. Each team killed themselves with stupid penalties and terrible special teams plays. That was one of the worst executed football games I've ever seen.

Now the positives, Florida State has a defense and Miami just found out they'll have a damn good quarterback for a while. Also, Miami's tailback ran hard and their TE had a breakout game.

All in all, a fitting end to that game with a fumbled snap from the long snapper to the holder on the field goal attempt that would have sent this game into overtime.

Yes, but FSU won and so goodness and order have been restored to the land. :D

So far, from the way they played, Virginia Tech, Virginia, NCSU, Clemson are better in the conference....

First games usually have plenty of mistakes. They are revealed a lot more easily when it's two very good teams facing each other.

I am a hysterical CFB fan, and honestly, this is one of the worst games I have ever seen. Weatherford looked like he'd NEVER PLAYED FOOTBALL. Wright was constantly bailed out by a sliding, diving, twisting backflip with a half pike Olsen. He still got sacked NINE times. Jeff Bowden is one of the worst offensive coordinators ever. Most of the top 10 would have mopped the floor with either of these squads, save Oklahoma.

I don't really follow CFB, but I loved that game! Olsen is a stud in the making. His catch on 3rd and 19 was just amazing. Wright looked amazing for a rookie. Some of his passes were just incredible.

Now, now, I thought he was consistantly able to hit his targets - unfortunately, his targets were wearing Miami uniforms.

I believe he only had 2 completions that weren't screen passes or interceptions. :D
