On all my three pcs it will become non-responsive right after login.

It does this on both my wifes and my account.

Have scanned for malware/viruses, doubt it's that anyway as it was working fine yesterday when was last had the pcs on. Some update?

Just tried signing out and signing back in. Works fine here.

Maybe check if you have emails in your hotmail/msn/live account and delete the new ones or check them so that there isn't that little popup telling you that you have new emails. I'm thinking that popup could be causing the problem (I've seen that before).

Didn't work, thanks anyway. Are you using Win 7?

Weird problem.

Could possibly be a router issue I suppose, although I already tried restarting it.

Fixed it!

Nboy22 put me on the right path. It was a popup, just not the one he said. It's the damn "Show windows live today upon sign in" option. Unchecked it and working

Weird that it suddenly decided to start crashing on all my pcs as that option was always checked.

Yeah, I've seen that happen before, that's why I thought it was some sort of popup. Not really sure what causes that either, but at least it's fixed now.
