Haven't tried it myself, but I'll give it a shot at the shop tomorrow and post my findings if no one expresses the same.

 
ok i got your answers

you can only have 1 start button. it can either be on you left monitor or your right one not both. to do this just unlock the taskbar and drag it to teh other monitor. simple as that. right now in my setup my "Primary" monitor is the one on teh right. thsi way teh "MS office" shorcut bar and or YZ Dock will show up on this monitor. i have my Start button on teh left monitor. did this by dragging teh taskbar over there. to get ICQ to open on teh monitio you want. you have to set that Monitor as teh "ptimary" one. i had to do this for Trillian also
