UltraDMA-100 vs. UltraDMA-133

I'm looking at buying new mobo and one that keeps getting reccommended is the Epox EP-8KHA+. From what I read, it looks like a good board, but one thing make sme wonder. It has no support for UDMA-133 only 100. How much of a difference would that make? It is really something to be concerned about?
 
It won't make any difference to you.

It may make a difference if you have a hard drive larger than 128GB, but many manufacturers are adding 48-bit LBA support independent of ATA133.
