Hi all,
iam using an k7pro mb with ultra66.Would an
ultra 100 controller card work to take advantage
of the ultra 100 hard drives.

it would take advantage of the 100 drives, but it's not really that much faster yet. That's the maximum BURST bandwidth, and can't maintain for more than a fraction of a second. If you're running 66, 100 isn't going to make a huge difference.
 
Most drives max out at around throughput of 30mbs, and 50mbs for burst. So I don't think you'll have a difference in performance at all. If you want my opinion, don't get a ATA/100 controller.
