I got some funky things going on with my ethernet port.

The port seems to work intermittantly. Like yesterday it took about 2 minutes before the port came up and today it too 5 minutes to come up.

I've swapped the cable and I've swapped the switch port but this problem remains.

Now, I tried a 'watch net' command after I hit 'Stop A' and the system froze.

What's going on here?
