Modular cables have very little advantage to cables that are hard wired to a PSU. PC Power and Cooling can take any of there older PSU's and custom re-wire them for the next generation of hardware. I can not say the same for modular PSU's, In theroy yes, but no one really knows yet.

Ultra X-Connect is sold by Powmax. I do not like Powmax, nor would I buy from anyone that associates with, and or advertises on Powmax's website. I don't know why anyone would.

All I seem to be getting is more and more personal opinion, even in the other threads. It seems that alot of people are brand whores around here. They swear by one thing and everything is else is shit. Must be getting kickbacks every time they mention their selected whore. I really don't know. Every review and pre-view that I have read, all the way back to early 2004 says that they are great performers. I don't think it really matters, the shop I will be getting it from will probably let me return it for something else if it fails or I don't like it. They are that kind of people there. I guess my own thoughts and lack of bias is what counts in this matter. :disgust:

I'm not a fan boy of any company. I would use PCP&C, Antec, Enermax, OCZ... Just to name a few.

If you want to label me anything... I'm a Quality & Performance fan boy.
