I received this PS today, and popped it into my machine with a 3000+, 6600 GT, 2 hard drives, among other things. It's certainly not great, as voltage does fluctuate slightly (about .05 V) when I played Guild Wars to test it out, but for free, it does the job.

I also used a paper clip to start the PS by itself before using it. From about 10 feet away, I was barely able to hear it, though the fan seemed to click a bit closeup. Of course, this was done with no load, so I can't say how loud it is in use.

All in all, a nice free PS, much better than my old "480W" Thermaltake. Thanks OP.
