For $66.42 and shipping, seems to be a decent unit. Only one PCIe connector.

Provantage is good, ordered several times from them with no problems.
 
I just picked up an Ultra X-Finity 600 from TD for $60 which I was going to add to this thread, but it seems the deal is off and the price jumped back up to $99 with a 30 MIR for a final price of $70.

Bummer that it isn't available without rebate, but I would recommend the X-Finity line over the V-series given the option. Its up to the buyer whether that is worth the extra hassle of the MIR and the additional $10.
