Ultra Products power supplies

I was just wondering if anyone has experience with Ultra Products power supplies, like the one HERE

I got this one for free and I am wondering if it is worth keeping. It would be powering this rig:

athlon 64 3000
abit kv8 max3
1 gig corsair ram
radeon 9800 pro
two 80 gig 7200 HDD in raid
logitech z640

any help would be appreciated.

I don't see why not, just monitor the voltages to see if they fluctuate only load or are too low/high.
