Ultra Low Power Server

I'm looking to build an ultra low power server and Myth backend. Not too many requirements. Needs to have enough physical space and cooling for 5 hard drives, 3 tuner cards, a gigabite network card, and a video card (if not builtin). Aside from that price is my only real concern.

Ideally I'd be looking at one of the low-power Via chips, but since there is virtually no support for them I think AMD/Intel are the only real options. Speed isn't a concern, as a 3-4 year old processor would have enough to get me where I need to go. My townhouse can get to 80-85 degrees in the summer during the days (live in florida and almost turn off the air when I'm not in), but on the brightside I don't see me recording much daytime TV.

any help would be appreciated

If you're going to be running MythTV on three tuners, speed is a concern. VIA is worthless for that. 😛

A mobile A64 would probably be perfect.

Edit - Or spend some big bucks and get a desktop Core Duo board. 😀
