SO WHO HAS FLASHED THEIR OEM CARD TO RETAIL with SUCCESS? i cant take it anymore, Dell is taking way too long, and im thinking of getting the EOM from newegg and flashing it, anyone here tried?

What is the real world performance difference between 250/250 and 275/275 clock speeds? Are there any other differences between the oem and retail bios?
