Hello everyone. I've been searching endlessly for a notebook with these specs and haven't found anything. Please help 🙂

Display: 12.1 inches or less
Graphics: Something with 64megs dedicated or better
Processor: Something 1.8Ghz or faster
HDD: 60GB @ 7200RPM
Memory: 512MB or more @ DDR333

The memory and hard drive aren't issues. You might have to use micro-dimms, but it will be DDR333 or greater. The hard drive you will probably have to add yourself.
The CPU is your problem point. Ultraportables (like tablet PCs) generally only use ULV (Ultra Low Voltage) Pentium M's; not the full-power models. Also, people who need a portable notebook like that (A) don't want power wasted on a dedicated GPU and (B) don't need a dedicated GPU.
IBM's X31 has a 16MB ATI dedicated graphics card, but uses the Banias Pentium M CPU and won't get as good battery life as the new X40/X41's. The X41 is Sonoma based, but you can get the ULV CPU's which are great and the Intel GMA900 integrated graphics. No, its not dedicated, but do you think IBM would put integrated graphics if it needed discrete? I think not. The GMA varies RAM usage based on whether you are doing anything 3D or not and it performs a lot better than the Intel Extreme 2. I would bite the bullet and kiss discrete graphics goodbye, at least any discrete graphics that worth anything.
If you want to play games buy a desktop 😛
