Two pieces of newspaper.

There is nothing better, it works flawlessly.

Edit: Make sure it's a weber chimney and not a knockoff, the weber has a coil in the center that works much better than competitors chimneys. It's also larger, and the handle helps keep your skin on.

The only problem with owning one is that I can no longer go anywhere in the area and order good BBQ...especially ribs. If I do, it's only justification of saving myself 5-6 hours of cooking.

Iwearnosox's knockout crazy delicous kabobs. Seriously, they're crazy. 🙂

GRILLED SHISH KABOBS

2 1/2 lb. beef, cut in 2-inch squares
12 cherry tomatoes
12 mushrooms
12 sm. onions or 2 sweet onions, wedged
2 green peppers, cut in 1-inch squares
2 zucchini, cut in slices

MARINADE:

1/3 c. soy sauce
3/4 c. salad oil
1/8 c. Worcestershire
1 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. parsley
1 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1 crushed garlic clove
1/4 c. lemon juice

MARINADE: Blend all ingredients together in blender for 30 seconds. Pour in large ziplock, add beef and fridge for several hours or overnight.

To prepare kabobs, arrange meat and vegetables on skewers, brush with marinade and broil over hot coals 15 minutes or until cooked. Turn skewers and brush with marinade during the cooking process.

I think I'm going to try this soon.

I don't grill- I BARBEQUE!!!! Indirect heat from a wood fire in a barrel with a chimney for 4-6 hours. That's how you get the good stuff 🙂

If anyone's interested I have a kabob recipe that's a huge hit amongst my guests.

Nice grill, although the color could be different. 😉

Blasphemy! I love the blue! It looks like something you'd store your cremated elephant remains in.

It looks kind of purple in that picture, that's all.

This is the color of mine.

It's ceramic cooker that imparts a unique taste to food. It's highly efficient and capable of maintaining a specific low and slow temp even without the computer. It can also maintain a 1000 degree sear temp for steak and then throttle down for a dwell cook, making it one of the best steak machines out there.

The "sequins" are just a little bit of bling.
