i was sitting in a local tex mex fast food joint and some yankee ordered tacos al carbon. there is a big picture of them up on the wall. just meat and tortillas is what goes in them, and then you put in your own salsas, onions, cilantro, peppers, squeeze of lime, etc. so, said yankee gets his tacos, gets them back to his table, and looks at them in shock. then said yankee runs back up to the counter to demand lettuce, tomato, and cheese. he came back saying, 'what a joke, how could they forget to put the toppings in the taco?' i was about to slap his yankee ass all the way back to new york.

lmaoa. 9/10 for "slap his yankee ass all the way back to new york"

Fish tacos are great. I've had authentic ones down in mexico.

Also Carne Asada tacos are awesome.

I don't like hard shelled, only soft shelled.

The hard shelled ones just break up and fall apart. Not fun to try to eat.

Enchiladas are ok, but I would have to go with proper tacos.
