This is way too broad. Some steaks are greater than some types of seafood, some types of seafood are greater than other types of steaks. I'm going with steak only because it's so much harder to get for a poor grad student like myself (whereas I can buy cheap sushi anywhere in southern california)

I'm going with seafood purely because of variety of good stuff. There's only so much steak you can eat in one sitting. On the other side of the coin, if you had a little bit of lobster, some crab, some shrimp, and such, I would be much more satisfied than with a purely steak meal, no matter how good it was.
