Ultimate Fighting Championship - on TV?

I'm new to all this stuff but I've been reading a bit about the legendary Gracies and "The Gracie Hunter" Sakuraba. I have satellite TV and am wanting to watch some of these matches. When are they on and what channel?

It's on PPV. The Gracies and Sakuraba have all moved onto PRIDE. You can order cassettes and download highlights from here

BTW, I thought PRIDE is a name of one of the competitions within the UFC....so PRIDE is another organization entirely? Anything else I'm missing?

And oh yeah, is there any kind of other Mixed Martial Arts competition that's similiar to UFC that is NOT on PPV? I'd still like to watch those.

It seems like it; many people went from UFC to PRIDE because there were better rules/better pay.

I'm not aware of any, but if there are it should probably be listed here
