I don't think he really has a dark side. He's sarcastic more than anything else.

Tony spark has always been one to wonder about. With the recent story lines it really makes you wonder. they hinted that he was part of the reason that started the "Civil War" (more like bitch slap fest). they hinted that he made a chemical that caused dome to go nuts with more powers. Also may have been the one to make the "fake" spiderman.

Not to mention him sending the hulk to a diffrent world and then blowing it up heh.

Yeah, but it's more like businessman cool as opposed to anst a la batman.

I dunno they both have dead mothers and run an enterprise during the day and fight crime. And both have an annoying butler.

Those are circumstances, their personality is where the difference lies. Batman tries to respect the law. Sparks doesn't have that impediment :) he'll do whatever he feels like doing, and then just goes about his business like nothing happened.

have you read batman? heh

sure he respect the law. but he is willing to break it to fulfil his objective. If its beating the crap out of someone or killing them to get information he does.

only time he is pure good is when he teams up with superman.

though stark does whatever he thinks needs to be done for the greater good. though the "civil war" story line and WWH have put a cloud over iron man. they have hinted at him crossing lines i didnt think he would.

Unfortunately right now Stark is getting his ass whooped by the Hulk in World War Hulk. Which has been a surprisingly good read.

Has anyone seen the Doctor Strange animated movie? I never really got into the comic unless it was a crossover with one of my regular reads like Spiderman or Xmen.

I almost rented it last night when I took my Blockbuster Online movies into the store. I ended up renting nothing though after realizing I had forgotten my wallet. We got another BB Online movie in the mail yesterday though so I have four movies to exchange now. I may have to give it a try when I go back tonight.

Stark doesn't even see the line. He just does what he wants to do. Batman respects the spirit of the law more than Stark. They really fight on different levels, Batman is really rather focus on the immediate vicinity.

Not saying Stark did or didnt plan to blow up the Hulk's ship but you have to admit that would be pretty dumb on his part. I mean there isnt too much that can stop the Hulk and I doubt the core of a ship blowing up would really do him too much harm.

All that explosion did was piss the Hulk off to new levels

true. but then they were supposed to send him to a world with NO other life. So destroying the ship would have been fine. it would have left him without a way back to earth.

but something went wrong. he ended up on a populated world.

I watched it the other night. It was ok, much like the Iron Man movie they made. I've never really been into Strange that much so I wasn't wowed by it.
