i don't think you understand what i'm telling you...this is simply the nomination period, just pick your 3 favorite heroes? you want criteria, who do you think is the coolest? ignore 1on1 battles and situations because there are literally hundreds of situations in which people can defeat other people and hundreds of situations in which they lose...

the marvel universe is complex and is comprised of checks and balances so that one person is not all powerful and dominates it...and the living tribunal is not a hero and never interferes: he is simply the judge, jury and executioner

you know what it really depends, some higher beings will gain a lot more votes...im definitely not counting living tribunal because thats the stupidest thing ive ever heard...it would be like nominating God in whose your favorite athelete or celebrity or whatever

but some higher beings like Galactus, Thanos, Apocalypse will get more votes so I'll include them pending they are in the top 16

Uhh......I did read. The second time, actually. You're the one that went back in the middle of things and changed it to 'no cosmic entities' and thereby dicked over a lot of us that had posted already.

When you start the new thread you should limit it to 'earth's superbeings' or some such.

I wish I could dig up the 4chan thread on how the Silver Surfer could beat Superman, entertaining read. Nonetheless... my money's on that guy. It's kind of stupid cause different writers write the characters differently each time, but whatever. If you actually read the Surfer's abilities its such hax... Pretty sure if anyone's ever beaten the guy it was because he was weakened for some reason or just holding back. Either that or they were Galactus-level hax. Honestly if I could I'd throw all 4 nominations for Silver Surfer.

The Sentry because he's The Sentry (Robert Reynolds)... I feel dirty adding him because its kind of stupid. Drawback is he's a paranoid schizo and his own worst enemy.

Franklin Richards is sort of a wildcard. He's supposed to have Celestial-level abilities but he's also just a kid.

Edit: Edited thread to comply with rules. Can't honestly think of someone who would beat the Surfer that isn't Galactus-level or higher though. Besides, I guess, the Sentry... not even sure how that would pan out though. Surfer is definitely more likable 😛
