Uli 1689 vs 1695 vs nf3?

anybody know how these different chipsets stack up agains each other? or do you know of any comparisons between them?

I have all three. Th 1689 I am not happy with, almost no OCability, and my ethernet port died in 6 months. The 1695 is better, but the MSI NEO2 (NF3) blows them all away in OCability ! typing from one now with a 4400+@2550

thanks, looking for something for a opteron 144,146 or 165 but with agp. not too many msi neo2s around as i guess they have been discontinued, i did find a gigabyte with the 1689 but after hearing what you said, i am not to thrilled abou that. the 1695 in the asrock pci-e/agp board seems good but has its own issues too.....maybe i will look around for a neo2

hmm not my experieince. Im sure the nforce3 is a great overclocker but look what im oc my asrock 939dual-sata2 to. Its an awesome MB as a lot of other people would vouch on this forum.

as i stated just seconds before you posted, it looks like a lot of problems with memory @ 2T even with 2 sticks. are you having that issue? that is a good o/c.
