A little late on the boat, the UK has a sh!tty flag. Artistically non-existent, and looks like a test for ADD. Lots of other great flags posted.

Gonna go along with Sri Lank as the coolest flag. It has a frickin Lion after all,

Also, Zimbabwe's flag is pretty sweet IMO.

Anyway, I've always thought my home state's flag was a bit lame--only slightly less worse than the US flag, but the seal is pretty badass:

I was confused and thought the flag just had the seal on it or something, and thought "wow that is lame".

I like the California flag, it's a friggin bear. Also, I like the US Flag a lot, I think it's pretty good looking. Though I do like the union jack a bit more.

As a symbol of defiance, the Texans had fashioned a flag containing the phrase "come and take it" along with a black star and an image of the cannon which they had received six years earlier from Mexican officials—this was the same message that was sent to the Mexican government when they told the Texans that they had to return their cannon—failure to comply with the Mexican's original demands led to the failed attempt by the Mexican military to forcefully take back the cannon.
