Take word of my warning....not only do I not get the vehicle I need when I need it, it seems that even if you put a request in online, they control nothing. It still goes out to the local dispatch - about a week after you send the request in online.
To say I was a little bit upset is an understatement. You would think that by putting your reservation in 2.5 weeks in advance, you would have the vehicle that you want, when you wanted it. I would have if I would have called it in locally.
