It could possibly be driver corruption, try reinstalling them and see what happens.

check the connection of the cables and the card...
and yea clean reinstall the driver...

hmm, i'd guess thats overheating or something is rusted on the card. use a toothbrush and rub it down with alcohol. let it sit for a while afterwards to dry out

this may sound crazy but: try reseating the card in the slot and also reinsert the atx power connector that goes into your motherboard.

That doesn't look too good.

I had almost exactly the same thing happen to me, except with my card, it was doing that in the bios & everything.

Do what has been suggested:
Try reinstalling the drivers after removing the old ones with Driver Cleaner.
Try reseating the card.

If you have another video card you can test, pop in another one & see what happens, or better yet, try your card in another system if you can.

Unfortunately though, i'm guessing your card is on its way to heaven.

It could be a bad cable. My friend thought the problem was his generic lcd monitor, but I swapped the cables and it was fine.

1. isntall new driver in a 'clean' way.

now, I already had the feeling that my card is bad.. I have already emailed Leadtek for support.

I should go home and try 'reseating' the card.

but the funny thing is i haven't moved anything...only thing that has been changed was.. resolutions and such, since I got my 2005FPW.

it could also be that ur card is not seated properly...remove it...clean the AGP port and reinsert it back..this same problem used to happen on my Geforce2MX, problem was that it wasnt seated right

yeap i had this problem with my 9700 pro. reseated the card didnt do anything. reinserted the main atx power connector and it worked fine!

I already contacted Leadtek, hopefully i can get this thing RMAed..
