It means your game crashed, caused by NVDISP.DRV (I'm guessing your video card driver). Get over it. You're using windows which means things will be crashing all the time one day and you'll think nothing of it.

Yeah, doing a clean install of your video drivers or installing new ones should solve it. Sorry for the original vague response...the lack of information made me think you were asking what an error message is.

video drivers. Nvdisp.drv just obviously sounds like a video driver to me (NVDISP = NVidia display, e.g. your video card).
